Operation Christmas Child
Full Description:
Area residents will help bring joy to a hurting world this Christmas by simply packing and collecting shoe box gifts for hurting children through the Operation Christmas Child.
This is a ministry of Samaritan's Purse, the International Christian Relief organization headed by Franklin Graham. Fill empty shoe boxes with toys, school supplies, hygiene items, etc. and they will be delivered around the world to girls and boys suffering from poverty, war, disease, disaster and terrorism.
Trinity Brethren Church will again be collecting these boxes the week of November 13 - 19.

This project not only blesses the child who receives a box, but the person who prepares and fills it.
